A show with great animation but a lack of well-written characters and a coherent story. The two main female leads fight over a mindless hobo who pilots a red Gundam. The logic behind fighting over him leads them to kill others for his sake, despite knowing nothing about him. Also, who is the target audience for this show? It features characters from the original Gundam and Zeta Gundam anime, but any newcomer to the franchise will be confused and feel no emotional attachment to these characters. Overall, the show needed more episodes to flesh out the main leads and supporting cast, giving the audience something to care about. Or just watch the original Gundam anime and have a better time understanding this universe and characters. Also better plot too.
