This movie sucked so bad. I was hoping it would at least be a little bit good because it had Sam Worthington from Avatar. His movies are usually good. It was really slow & boring. I am surprised I made it to the end of the movie since I have such a short attention span. The idea that we need to find another planet to live was a good concept. I could not wrap my mind around how Sam's character Rick would evolve from a man with genitalia, ears & the ability to speak to a creature who had no genitalia, no speech or ears. How would this prevent the human race from becoming extinct? I would suggest finding a better movie to waste an hour & a half watching instead of this nonsense.
