This movie lacked the "edge" of his other movies plus the whining by Leo DiCaprio after the first hour became a broken record. Whine,whine,whine! Jeez,please! Everyone sounded like a cartoon character,especially "Sharon" who acted and sounded like she was a twelve year old who forgot to wash her feet. Maybe it was suppose to be symbolic but it wasn't symbolic of anything I saw in Hollywood in the late 60's and early 70's. The music was GREAT! No question.But to torture people for 2 hours and 40 minutes with so called "symbolism" that only the director can interpret is not great movie making.Never will be. For god's sake,Bruce Dern playing a blind man that was/was not blind-to what purpose?And "OK",Bruce Lee really can't fight-who cares? Worst of all,to use the Tate/LoBianco murders as the punch line? Not funny at all! Sorta pitiful!
