Great show. Wish there were more like it that has intrigue and drama. I do hope there is a 2nd season as I would like to see the characters grow. I noted no one said anything about the gender references regarding HR, the work environment and culture. I think we put too much emphasis on being politically correct (and I’m a black man). No I’m not into racism or gender stereotypes but I do want to see a workplace where each one of us is judged by our hard work. Too many times people want a break — not that they have earned it but still a break. In the show Harper under the tutelage of Eric succeeded in bringing in more business. Others focused their time on trying to find sexual harassment or trying to build a case where none exists. I now have to leave my door open when I’m giving feedback to a female employee. I don’t do the same thing for a male. A female boss does not have to leave her door open for a male employee. Aren’t we working to be equal? So why is this unequal? Hope to see the 2nd season! To all the naysayers out there — if you didn’t like it, change the channel otherwise don’t get your knickers in a bunch.
