A very interesting Sci-Fi title. From the beginning I was intrigued as to why the planet was lifeless and what had happened to the paradise it was supposed to be.
The themes of ecological destruction were placed alongside the lore that could be found as you traverse the levels were great to pick up as it revealed the events that occured before your arrival onto the planet.
The controls worked well although there were times, when using the jetpack that you could often overshoot your mark and some puzzles (while very basic) often required an hefty dose of clicking to solve.
The addition of a mechanical arm seemed a bit pointless when the boulders that needed to be picked up by said arm were easily picked up by the Astronaut with seemingly little exhaustion.
The storyline was fantastic however the overall runtime seemed far too long for the story it was telling and I had started to become slightly bored by the time I thought I had reached the end (turned out it wasn't) and as the game kept on going with more levels (which can be very big) I found myself starting to lose the interest and motivation to keep playing). I did perservere and enjoyed the ending but with a game that has no combat and your only actions are running and jumping, it may have been best to have made this game a lot shorter.
Muscially, there is very little and it works brilliantly with the theme of a desolate planet and I did not find the absence of sound to be a negative.
Overall, it is a fun sci-fi game to enjoy as a one time playthrough with a great theme that just requires a slight trim to its overall runtime!
