Do not worry much, DC animated movies do not suck(exceptions are always present).
The story builds around Superman as a Russian leader. Still, in every scene you will realize that this film is made in USA, that's something I felt could be avoided.
Tried to cover a lot of stuffs, but in a single movie that's never possible. Still it was thoroughly enjoyable. The cameo of batman did justice with the character. Emotions will hit a certain points but not for long.
Twisted ending is something we are enjoying and admiring a lot like Gotham by gaslight.
Must watch. Then judge.
