Saw show today on BONE BROTH. oh, what a to do, unbelievable. My mother made it after WWII to simply survive. Bones that would have ended up in butchers garbage, she picked up for free to made soup, soup and more and it always jelled really good. I guess it is a miraculous discovery 1/2 a century later.
