I started off thinking this programme was great until episode 17 of 20 in Bexley Kent! Tell me how with a 4.5k budget you can get a double glazed cabin (roughly 6 meters by 2 meters for apparently 2.5k) as well as the sub-base, path, gravel and lots of plants. This is false advertising making you think you can do this at a low cost, its fake! Very disappointed
