The book I read first. Not even similar. The book was slow. I could not pull out a single great point. Old story re-written.

Cj box books on this were superb. The hollywood version has turned it into mk ultra mix mash bad acting mindless quagmire of cheap darkness. Sure hope cj box didn't compromise himself to the deepstate. Not going to watch joe Pickett. I read everything. No way hollywood is going to turn that into trash in my brain.
