Enjoyed this with my two daughters aged 4 & 6. They both liked it more than the original. I think the Lebron hate and dislike for anything thatโs not the original version is the cause of bad reviews. Be your own judge though. IMO itโs a good kids movie, Lebron did as well as he can for not being an actor, the animation was excellent (both styles), it was humorous, sentimental and itโs just a movie so no reason to pick it apart because itโs in fashion to be critical of everything and everybody.
