Patently the worst film ever produced by Scott. The script writer shows a lack of skill in crafting a cohesive narrative, the military adviser shows a disregard for the period military traditions and Scott’s arrogance rounds this off with over focus on style and no substance. It should be considered a spoof like meet the Spartans or scary movie as that’s what it is, at least those movies know what they are and embrace it. Sharknado was better than this.
