Movie captured the violence of it's games with good special effects but is held back by weak writing. I feel they tried to do both to much and to little. A certain new character gets the focus while some of the franchise real characters were sidelined. Story felt rushed and the decision with two that were killed off was horrible not to mention one of them by far was the best in this movie.

This game has that dark souls 1 vibe which is a good thing! I like the concept where you can make the Shell hard to block incoming attacks even though it took me a little bit of time to get the hang of it. Anyone who is a fan of the soul games mainly the original will enjoy this sleeper.

Movie was very good from start to finish with action and I liked the creative touch on having superpowers.

Best movie since Child's Play 2 (1990) before all the bad comedy was a heavy focus over horror.
