Let me know when you have the amature portion... i never had schooling.. never had training... the food i know how to make.. i self taught myself from watching the food network.. i want to go into culinary.. maybe a chance??

I just watched an episode.. the cook was told jambalaya he was going to make is a Louisiana dish.. its supposed to be an international dish.. how did he win????????? He didnt listen for the guidelines.. makes no sense.. another show i wont watch.. the other contestants... made international... why did he get special treatement??? Done with the show Ps.. it did look good.. but didnt listen..
