This show has its ups and downs. Phil does a good job of trying to help people. But if he says he's a mandated reporter one more time I'm going to reach through my screen and smack him. Same for 3 or 4 other catch phrases he uses a lot. But overall the bald ole boy has his heart in the right place and is doing a good job with some people that are in need of some serious help, even if only for the protection of the rest of us. I don't think I could tell about my top three problems on TV, not that they wouldn't make for some wickedly good television!!!
