It's just too bad. I swear to God. The plots are like jumping from one to another. There is no character development. All throughout I'm confused. One time she's scared from being imprisoned in a camp, then 6 years past. Next thing you know she's escaping. And then she's in love with the first guy her age after her escape.
One thing I noticed.. There's a scene similar to X-men. When Lady Jane was told to never stopped walking. I mean it feels like these are random scenes you get when your teacher asked you to write for a short story.
She keeps saying sorry, that she's gonna leave.
And their love story doesn't feel right. It looks forced. It teachers girls that at a random day, you're running away from someone. And a dude comes along to save the day. Some people fall in love for a day in movies but this just doesn't seem right.
And of course the Slip Kid is the president's son! And he's the "biggest" plot twist. "never met someone like you" uhm okay.. Another love interest. Ooop the other guy's jealous. Whuuut?!?!!? Why? You just met, you can't expect Ruby to trust you because YOU JUST MET and you got nothing in common! Oop another plot twist. It's like they can't trust anyone. Everything is a plot twist.
And get this.. Her memories just so she can have access to the computer for Chubs to send and email to his parents.
And she sensed the other guy's bad intentions, why can't she sense the Slip Kid's intentions????
I'm incoherent now. But that's s all.
