One of the absolute best GTA clones of all time, rivaling even Saints Row. SCARFACE: The World Is Yours gives the real Miami vibes you'd get from GTA: Vice City but with Tony Montana being able to swim, and later down the line you can unlock other playable characters like a Driver, Enforcer and even a female Assassin, all taking jobs for Tony Montana and still progressing the player's overall progress with the respect system, defined by how many "Balls" the player has. The Mansion as known from the movie is customizable with 3 different themes and a multitude of collectibles to purchase and place freely in the mansion which is more than any GTA game had for a single house. The game is a bit dated but the mechanics and themes really stand the test of time well so far. this is over ten years later and I still play the PC version as my PlayStation 2 disc broke.
