Nowhere near as good as the first movie. So much of the movie was spent focusing on some obscure low budget wannabe bad guy. Fortunately, because of the pandemic, I watched the movie on HBO Max for free instead of having to waste my money at a movie theatre. Had I had to pay to watch it, I would have rated it 1 star.
