I really enjoy both FBI shows! I really have a hard time hearing the words the back round music is 1st not needed but the music on many programs is to the point I have to turn on closed Captions! You that put these shows together you no the words, we the watchers cant hear the words over the back round noises. This is on most TV show these days same with movies. Thank you HOPE you fix the sound problem!
