This book was not good. It was written by an author who isn't successful at writing from a perspective of a character who is a different gender. I loved these books growing up but reading them now, all I can see if how awful the story is. It really is a toxic relationship and it's hard to stomach now. I get where she was coming from with this book but it really missed the mark for me. Save yourself some time and try something new. This is stale and ultimately pretty cringy, in my opinion.
