As a fan I enjoyed the nostalgia and the special effects where great. The few fight scenes where pretty good. The movie could have been about 20 minutes shorter or at least a mini series. Just get through the first 30 minutes.
A lot of reviews I read said not enough diversity. I quess don't see things like that or pay attention. Disappointed no Lawrence Fishburne or Hugo Weaving. Maybe orginal writer should have been involved. Dougie Houser is a ok bad guy. Overall its worth a watch as long as you have HBO.
