Sometimes we do want to watch a commercial, masala, out and out Bollywood movie. But I forwarded through the second half of this movie to just escape the punishment of bearing through it. The screenplay is so jarring, with scenes cutting from one location to another without any context that it almost puts you off. And the motivations of the characters are just frivolous at best. The titular character, from the get go, states that he wants people to "fear" him. But at the end, it seems like, he finally looked up the word "fear" in a dictionary and realised its not the best way to lead people. Arre baba... Itni der lag gayi usko Yeh samajh ne mein???? And the script is so bad! "Itni lambi ladki, aur choti film banati ho!".. Aye hai. Isse Acha toh main Dabbang hi dekh leta Phir se... At least that's a fun movie to watch!

Disappointing to say the least. The only saving grace of the movie are the larger than life stunts which also look clumsy and jarring in most bits. Everything else about the movie, from the script to the acting, epitomises mediocrity. Song and dance sequences fail to stick to the era, or any era in fact. The only things that might be damaged more than my brain after watching this movie could be Katrina's knees coz Prabhu Deva has her walking on them for quite a bit. Give it a miss. Save yourselves, go watch Badhai Ho again and promote small budget, well made films.
