I have seen a recent trend of franchises and the CEO of those franchises (kathlyn Kennedy) in this case insult their own fan base over and over again and that’s exactly what this show “the acolyte” is. It is a big middle finger to Star Wars fans changing long established lore for Harvey Weinstein’s assistant weird sexual fan fick she wrote years ago which is now unfortunately cannon in Star Wars. Because we all know the most important thing for a franchise called Star Wars is not the devastating war in space with casualties of innocents, good vs evil with the mystics of the force involved… no apparently Star Wars is all about gender identity politics and one’s sexual orientation or preference… it’s clear the story was a a afterthought while pushing diversity and representation was their agenda.

Sooo that whole “one will fall” was total BS and I pretty much knew Warner bros was going to cop out at the end. The action is the only thing that saved it from being a 1 star
