It’s entertainment. Whether it’s fake or it’s not fake, doesn’t matter to me there is a sincerity about it that I can see and feel and enjoy. It’s like a dissident piece of music you can learn to appreciate the voices the movements concluding at the end each episode of wanting more.

Gory textures dapple the landscape in Shetland. This series shot on the most austere and beautiful location that I’ve seen to date. Beneath the turbulent skies,Shetland sits as tho teasing mankind to do its best . Rage and fear are the dominant motivators and from episode to episode has me holding my breath not being able to anticipate what’s next hooks me right in. What a brilliant choice to place this sort thriller on such serene terrain. Shetland is an unsympathetic in expressing the violence and the intensity exhausting but so worth it. I just hang onto the lead character Perez played Brilliantly by Douglas Henshall. Highly recommend.

The diversity of the characters and the way each handle cases makes this a great series. Anthony LaPaglia a great badass

My opinion of this movie evolved as unsettling as the ride was I walked away loving this movie. It’s all about perception period. The cast embraced the characters and allow me as an audience to suspend judgements and prejudice. This movie is a real kick in the head. It’s not an adrenaline ride as it’s a letting go close your eyes and surrender ride

I walked into the theater with what I thought would be an average flick and was delightfully wrong. Smart dialogue and I haven't seen such a diverse group of kids having so much fun on screen since Fast Times at Ridgemont High or having a heart like Clueless. This coulda been a school room of caricatures but it was well developed characters with the credibility to pull this flick to the level it did.
