The key is to take the time, an hour max, to read the T.S. Eliot’s poems Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats. He wrote them for his godchildren. Then they are no longer confusing, violent, terrifying, etc. In an age of very violent video games and movies, Cats is a truly amazing and uplifting movie about inclusion, helping friends and love.
