I'm very grateful to my previous CEO prior to retiring over 7 years ago. He had Captain Michael Abrashoff speak to us in person. I was so impressed I wrote our CEO a very nice than you letter and in return he sent me an autographed copy of "It's Your Ship" which I hold dear to me to this day! This is one of the best books I've ever read and it had a profound impact on me and I made it required reading to all of my staff.
