A deliciously dark comedy thriller. Liam Neeson plays it straight as his usual vengeful everyman but all around him, bodies pile up like in a Coen Brothers movie directed by Quentin Tarantino.

An amazing play if you love football...a fascinating play if you don't. It's about hope, reality, team building, masculinity, nationalism, change and what it's like to have half the country on your back. And it's funny too. Fiennes is amazing as Southgate. The footballers are more caricatured but with a warmth that stops them being mere figures of fun - even Harry Maguire. You can see it in the cinema as the theatre run ends.

It has the feel of early season The Walking Dead and pulls some of the same stunts, right down to a sheriff who is a composite of Rick and Morgan! It certainly has potential!

One of the worst films I've ever seen! A discordant soundtrack, camerawork out of 10,000 music videos, storyline out of a soap opera, it tries to be deep and meaningful but just comes across as disjointed and fragmented. This is a film that is less than the sum of its parts, and those parts aren't that good in the first place.
