Thought provoking and timely. I hadn't known the story of Larry Krasner prior to watching this. The Documentary is well done following the campaign and election of Larry Krasner. It highlights the racial disparities in the criminal system and the cash bond system that keeps poor people in jail. Interwoven in the story are interviews with people effected by these rules and the way they were carried out. It's about time the US reform the criminal justice system. Something is wrong when the US has the highest rate of incarceration in the world.
I can't wait to see the rest of the series on PBS.
