Purchased sometime ago. This was my first look at mindfulness, being present in any given situation. I believe it easy to understand and follow in practice. Left me with the gnawing feeling that I really didn't know much about myself until now!

JUST BINGED WATCHED THE SERIES. POWERFUL AND VERY MUCH RELEVANT TO WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY - ESPECIALLY THE GLARING INJUSTICES IN THE SYSTEM. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT EVERYONE WAS COMPLICIT IN KEEPING THE SECRET FOR THEIR OWN FUTURE REWARDS. I AM CURIOUS TO SEE WHAT GOOD COMES FROM SO MUCH TRAGEDY IN SEASON 2.
