I didn't know this show was this good. Like, I had been putting off watching this for I don't know what reason. But, then I found out that this was a psychological crime thriller, which is where my bell rings. So, I gave it a go. I promise you, I watched this in a day. It's binge-watchable. The casting is nice, writing is amazing and I can't get enough of the storyline. It's not as heavy as Ozark and stuff, but yeah, it's got some pretty heinous crime photos, that are not easy to evade. It's out there with 'Unbelievable'.
But, I can't emphasize this enough that I absolutely hate Debbie's character. Like there is no chemistry, and she is just not nice to Holden. No disrespect to the actress, but the character was not nice, and I just didn't like her.
And, yeah, I understand why this show does not have such a huge audience despite such an amazing script-writing. The representation is not good, especially in the first season. I understand that the show is about the 70s. But, still, you know.
But, hey, I binged it in a day, so whatever.
