King Gargantuas

Serious Sam 4 has mostly fun gunplay mixed in with some admittedly funny moments of comradery betweem Sam and his friends, but a lot of it's bogged down by so-so visuals, repatative enemies, and way too many moments of arbitrary difficulty especially towards the end. I really do hope the previous games are better, because this was not a great first impression.

After feeling letdown from the ending to Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans, this movie more than made up for that, and yes I know this isn't the end of the show but bear with me. All in all, this movie is further proof of how this has been a relatively solid year in animation baring a few notible bumps in the road. While I wouldn't say it's 100% flawless, it gave me what I wanted and then some, and for that, I can't thank Luke Pearson and crew enough for their hardwork! That said though, I can only really recommend this if you've seen the show up to this point as, if you didn't, you'd be pretty much lost in a lot of ways. That's not exactly a bad thing as it's often better to cater to fans than general audiences who may not be familiar with the source material, nevertheless, if you are a big fan like me and wanted a good solid follow up to season two's cliffhanger ending, definitely check it out!

A perfectly servicable racer for really young kids, but for anyone over the age of like 8 or 10, you'd be better off with Mario Kart 8, Team Sonic Racing, and CTR Nitro-Fueled. Again, not too bad gameplay wise at least, but it's nothing special either.

For a newly released game for only $5 its honestly an alright game for young kids that'll entertain them for a little while. There's definitely a bit of trial and error here and there but all in all, a solid 6 out of 10.

Not a bad game by any means even if it is flawed in a few areas, but it is a game that I feel is overpriced. For a game that will only take you about 2 to 3 hours to beat normally with very little side content, $40 is too much of an asking price if you ask me. If you can get it on sale like I did then I'd say it's worth playing through it at least once especially if you're a fan of the movies.
