War Lock

Regardless that this is a Sci-fi movie, it's one of the best, if not the best movie of 2021 and most likely best movie of the last 5 years. It's far from the " Star Wars quirkiness " thank god. Some of the plots of the movie deals with serious nature between two families that has been at wars with each other for centuries, so it is dark. Don't expect and compare DUNE 2021 to the soft, watered down, PG13 family friendly STAR WARS. The reason why DUNE 2021 does not have guns and do not use laser weapon is bc of the personal shield they use. There was a war between AI and humans so AI is banned. Reviewers do not like this movie bc they wanted it to be how they imagine it after they read all the DUNE novel by Frank Herbert. They feel they can do a better job then what Denis Villeneuve has produce, L O L. Yes, this is a part one of two bc the book has a lot of substance for it to be jam into one movie. If it was all done in one movie then you have people complaining that " there's no character development". I read reviews that say " To be honest I had no idea what the hell was going on or why it was happening " and another saying " I definitely had a hard time recognizing the characters and following whatever plot there was, if there was any." How the heck can you not follow the plots and characters of DUNE 2021 plot? You reviewers come into DUNE 2021 with a bias view bc you wanted it to by like the DUNE novel you read a long time ago or watched the Lynch version that was a long time ago. I suggest people to not judge something before they try it themselves. DUNE 2021 is a great visual to watch, awesome Sound score by Hans Zimmer. It sounds totally different from other movies bc you have to remember, you are in the DUNE universe and these are the music that they would produce with the musical instruments they have. Excellent acting from the casts and directed by one of the greatest director of all time, Denis Villeneuve.
