It’ll take me a few days to digest this film but will say this; it’s a masterpiece. It’s utterly relevant and bold. I was blown away by the brutality of the film but also Jodie’s whole scale work of perfection. Damon takes it to another level as does every single performer. Just take a moment here and think about Thelma and Louise. Scott is a bold and at times brave director. He deserves credit for taking this film on. It’s a hideous subject but one that must be watched with eyes wide open even though it Is repellent viewing at times. Cromer is a legend in the making.
