Listen, this book is great if you've had a "normal" childhood and have just lost your way a bit. But, if you've ever had any sort of childhood (or hell really any) trauma you're having trouble moving past from, or are having issues with grieving, or have any sort of chemical imbalance in your brain (depression, bi-polar, borderline personality, anything really) I would not recommend this book at all. This book will make you feel like everything that's ever happened to you, you should be over it because (direct quote) "Happiness is a choice".
