Remarkable film about memory, specifically the Polish complicity in eradicating the Jews around the time of the war, and how the sins of the father (or in this case, the grandfather) are visited upon the children. If you’re looking for a horror-shocker, this isn’t for you. If you’re willing to think, it’s unforgettable.
