I have watched Ted Danson over the years and this show is beneath him. Cheers. CSI, and The Good Place this is not. The characters are scattered and the plot disjointed. The character becomes Mayor because the former Mayor had a breakdown dealing with 2020? Seriously? The Danson character gets stoned before a meeting?
And why does he have a fifteen year old daughter? He's old enough to have a daughter in her thirties. Don't waste your time. Not even Holly Hunter van Dave this one.
