"Rare" is honest, open, vulnerable (literally) and shows the strength in Selena's soft vocals. The album doesn't hold much high notes and belting strong notes but it's still more fun and exciting without it all. A must hear, songs like "A Sweeter Place (ft. Kid Cudi)", "Vulnerable", "Kinda Crazy", "Cut You Off", "People You Know" are some of the must listen tracks. If some sort of critique was to be given it would be that most songs tend to have a lot of repetition of either the pre-chorus or chorus and no proper words or lyrics during the bridge of a song. All the songs blend in perfectly to tell a good story.
