This is no easy game for a fan of the first game toswallow. The narrative direction takes a route completely polar opposite of the first game and explores some deep and dark themes. The game is brutal and tortutous to the characters, fair warning and without too many spoilers several characters we’ve come to love in the first game suffer...horribly. And in a wide spectrum of ways. But despite all of this the story is absolutely an emotional roller coaster and completely justified in existence. There are clear reasons behind the games controversy but in my opinion the game absolutely delivers. The story is complex and everyone has a different opinion on it. The visuals,sound, and gameplay are all beyond top notch and truly amazing. Overall this game was not a good time just because of it’s atmosphere and tensity but it was definitely an experience I will not forget.
