Visually, this movie is beyond stunning and is probably the only thing that kept me watching this movie. The story is rather boring and the relationship between the two main characters(the boy being 15 and the woman being 27) is honestly disgusting and is just glorified pedophillia. Imagine the uproar if the gender roles were switched.

(SPOILERS) This anime was quite exceptional, albeit a bit over the top at times with the amount of gore and nudity there is. I definitely only recommend people with strong emotional maturity to watch this as it tackles rather extreme topic matters such as rape, exploitation of young adults, violent lawlessness, disorder, nihilism, brutal homicide, etc. The story line is rather unique and it will keep you aghast through the entirety of it, society's progression into an anarchic state was quite interesting and realistic to a certain degree. By the end of it, the anime presents to its viewers that human beings, despite actually living amongst demons, were the real vile monsters the entire time.
