Its the kind of movie that jumps around, and makes you wonder if its the type that all the plot-less scenes will add up at the end and give you a gratification that appeals to your satisfaction... dont worry, it doesn't. This movie is catering to weakness in the new generation using sick twisted randomness to gain a shock but literally goes no where. I have seen better lake placid plots. Or I mean anything is better. There is literally no point in watching this movie. It teaches nothing and benefits none. If LA is like this... we need to wipe it off the face of the earth. Thats really all we can take away from this movie.

Lost touch with this movie due to its terrible understanding of reality, and logic works. Thats not how an EMP works. People are not going to loot a store and start killing people within 16 hours of a power outage. The acting, even for B listers, was terrible. Which was odd because I loved them in movies and shows such as, remember the titans, the walking dead, lost, etc. So about midway into the movie you got these people that have been acting like the "apocalyptic" power outage happened 20 years ago... Plot has so many holes, and the story is just weak. Its not the worst movie I've seen, but it does go right into the trash.

This movie is just purely amazing. The attachment to the characters, the in depth details of survival, and it didn't hold back from reality of the gruesome gore, I love it. I thought I was going to be watching another trashy netflix movie, but I stumbled on gokd for once. Give it a shot if you like to be on the edge of your seat and feeling every second of it after the thrills start. Amazing performance!

Wow. I mean it wasnt bad but attention to detail was terrible along with the ending. I thought by reading the description, that she would realize that she wasn't well and tried to get rid of the phone, but the phone just kept finding her through other devices. It's not something I'll ever consider watching or recommending, if it weren't for netflix, this movie would never get a single view. I like the guy that made a 5 star review to seem different from everyone else. But this movie is trash. I mean cassie's dad just walks into Sarah's room and find a phone that recorded a murder, but the phones recording was all over the place like someone was holding it. That's sloppy directorship at its finest.

Worth a watch. Not Jackie's best, but it's Jackie so you know it's good. It is fast paced, if you blink, some of the story disappears. Pierce Brosnan's terrible irish accent made me want to vomit. Who let that man out of the old folks home? I literally cringed as he finished every sentence like a stereotypical medieval dead accent. Where you tighten your voice every single end of a sentence... as if he fought in the Irish war against the Scott's. Someone fire that man and redo the movie for 5 stars. He did better in Mars attacks, and if i were him, that would be one of my biggest regrets, and no one hardly remembers him from 007. He's just not good, and he's even worse now.

I'm picky. I love this movie. I don't know why, because it has a few unanswered questions. It was well thought out, acting is decent, different eras, it's truly an original movie. Amazing idea based on time concepts. I could watch this one a few more times. It really wakes your mind up to different concepts. I was literally staring at my tv in awe, just how fascinating it was to see an idea I have never thought of, and my mind is pretty broad in creativity. Definitely worth the watch.

I believe this was as good as a movie like this gets. I enjoyed the acting for the main character, his skill and show set was pretty entertaining. I would have liked to see more of the bigger bots, and I would have loved to know if the aliens were bots themselves like transformers, or if there was an actual pilot. We will never know. Spoiler* I didn't like how in the end, the guy lost the girl. Just simply gave up and shut the ship down. Maybe she survived? No? It ended with him walking off claiming the name she gave him, then credits roll. Poor ending to be honest. The African groups were spot on for anything I could imagine them being, as I've seen in many other movies that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was shot pretty quick, and some of the actors, we just didn't get enough time to get attached to. The photographer, his story was amazing, and it would have pulled more people in had they gotten attached to him. He was the biggest actor in the film itself too. So 3 stars is the max I could give this one. It is worth the watch if you're into Sci-fi alien warfare. It's definitely a 1 and done movie.

First 60 seconds of the movie seems like forced dare, no truths. Kind of defeats the purpose of the title, let alone the dates come from some supernatural force. Choice of music seems like the producers paid his son and friends $5 each to screen a few words to a cheap 90s rock tune. It's a movie you put on to sleep through when you're 40 and bored. Also looks like the director told the cast to wear hipster clothes. I am so much more interested in writing this review than I am in watching this movie that's currently playing. Is this really what college kids do? Rent a huge house to sit in a circle to play a cheesey game that they want to keep PG, but I'm banking on if this movie doesn't get gory, they're going to have to rely on some brief nudity to gain a couple thumbs up. Edit* Watching more of this trash, you do the dare or the dare does you. You literally die anyway. But everyone says, "you can survive this" or "win this" or whatever. But in reality, you just die. It's the worst script and screenplay ever. Edit 2* One literally just died from being swarmed by roaches. Enough said. I'm done.

I am a little late. I've just finished season 9 after a couple years of being off the wagon. Let's start with Rick Grimes "quitting". He did it for his family, I get it. The show itself though didn't have many seasons left though. I mean maybe one more, or a 12th? The way they "killed off" RG was ridiculous. And then in the episode "the calm before", they nearly killed off all other meaningful characters. Maggy quitting, ended up being a big mistake for her, as her new show got cancelled. The show itself drags you in, kept me in suspense, and made me fall in love with nearly every character. We all love the notorious negan, and having some big stars in the show helped bring us to a stifling interest. I love how even in the world's darkest years, vulgar language was kept to a minimal, still leaving us with the understanding that it still relates with our relative dirty mouths we kissed our moms with once before. Everything being known now, Daryl is the only A character on the show. Granted I have loved that guy since boondock saints. Theres about only 5 likeable characters left. Daryl, Carol, negan, rosita, and gabriel. If it weren't for the announcements in commercial ads for Rick Grimes, everyone would have quit TWD. But it caused maggy to quit too realizing the show could plummet. However, until after mid 9th season, the show manages to wiggle it's way back into the realm of being entertaining again. So now I'm recording season 10 hoping to catch up. Do we ever get to see hursts (beta) face? I loved him since "remember the titans". Truly an emotional show. Even though I read a few spoilers and google who was still alive and who died, I was still surprised by the losses of season 9. Why enid? I haven't read the comics per se, but I have understood the difference between the show and the comics and the relationships that went on and who was supposed to die and when. I mean carl was to be with lydia, but never survived up to her making an appearance. Rosita was supposed to have a strict relationship with "dr smarty pants" but ended up and a love square with him, gabriel, and sadib. Grimes was supposed to live and carl was to take over leadership as carl taught judith. I guess when a show runs so long, things happen. But it's hard for me to give 4 when I want to give 5. But 5 stars would mean that there were no issues. Too late for my opinion to care. I however doubt I will watch the rick grimes movies. As there is said to be 3. I dont understand how they could introduce a rick grimes movie where he didnt just kill everyone from taking him so far away from the safety of his family. I would kill anyone to be back with my daughter and son. I would walk 1000s of miles. But no. 5 years pass since his leave. What's the excuse now? Good show. Good people. Wish I could've been in it. I guess that's just like 80% of the world's population though haha.
