I feel for Mark (who was as far as I'm concerned from the story that aired tonight) was pushed to the point of loosing it so badly with the council. At least he can hold his head high with the knowledge that he did actually make a change, to a place that would have kept killing. If he had done nothing at the council and they didn't make the changes, would his life be better or worse living with the fact he hadn't done anything and someone else lost their loved one with the same issue.
