I feel like this movie is a good hard look at manipulation,gaslighting,and abusive behavior and how it effects each person differently.

I just wish that we could stop feeding into the idea that we need to change ourselves to feel good in our own skin. The age of technology was supposed to be about advancing intellectually and helping humanity but, instead it became an avenue for creating even more unattainable ideas of beauty "standards" . Women are still, possibly more so than ever, being viewed as sexual objects. Not valued for the people they truly are. Guaranteed if half of the female population stopped using makeup, ,stopped using filters and started accepting themselves without reservation or regard to what some ancient group of geezers decided we should look like, the world would be a very different place.
