Powerful villain but made him dummy and useless Super Star Rajini’s acting potential has been wasted in this film, only few clips were Rajni sir had his signature laugh and style was slightly enjoyable, otherwise hopeless story, none of the emotions touch us, just having famous stars, action sequences, glamour, using huge arms doesn’t make a film worthy. This film is a complete disaster. Rajini sir’s Basha, Padayappa, Muthu etc give us the same excitement and joy even now, As a Super Star fan this film is hasty and dissatisfying.

Horoscope is probability of events in anyone's life which was presented well in the movie, even though most of the actors were experienced performers, their acting was so unnatural, child artists in the film perhaps wasn't given the right cue, in some of the scenes they weren't sure of what emotion they are trying to convey. I personally liked only Bala's (Simbu's friend in the film) acting in the entire film. He was given very less scope in the film but still he utilized it well.
