Dawn Miller

I have read all of Stephen King’s books. My favorite being The Dark Tower series. His writing takes you into his stories. You can feel and taste and see in your minds eye the stories unfolding around you . As a wonderful story teller he has that gift. This story was not The Stephen King Story telling that I know and love. He takes you into the story and then dumps you out countless times. He is so invested in politics that he drags it in and ruins the story over and over. I read fiction to transcend and become so involved with the story line and the characters. I want to care about the characters journeys and outcomes. Two thumbs down way down on this.
