This isn't a book, its delusional thinking on parade. Jillian is a complete fraud. She has no real accredited education in any medical field, she doesn't even have a layman's knowledge of biology, biochemistry or any related fields...she invents and distorts facts to fit her narrative and disregards or obfuscates anything that doesn't agree with her. She and her protocol are dangerous and she had no concern for the misery and suffering she causes, she only cares about her ego, her image and her wallet. This book is a comedy and a farce as is her whole "empire" There really needs to be a class action lawsuit against her and she needs wiped out financially so she is unable to continue spreading her lies and frauds any further. She's been in trouble with every 3 letter agency there is now people who have been harmed by here death drink should come together and make sure she pays out the nose for people she has hurt and sadly even killed. People for whom she shows contempt for even though it was her and her phony panacea that caused the harm. This book itself is a parade of made up "facts" that don't even remotely stand up to any science, terribly written and meandering it reads like one giant paragraph. Grammatical and spelling errors abound as if the idea of proofreading were a foreign concept. Disjointed language, disconnected fragmented thoughts, laughable and nonsensical facts...its borderline hilarious how bad this is. She knows less about chemistry and the human body than most Middle school students. This woman is not a nutritional expert, a medical expert, or any other expert. She is a bored truckers wife, with no formal education who made up a dangerous and very unhealthy drink that causes violent and unhealthy BM's and leader of a borderline cult. To read this book is to plunge into the heart of darkness. Do yourself and your body a favor and stay as far away from anything she is involved in. The healthiest thing you can do is not give her a dime or a second of your time.
