This book captured my attention from the beginning. The author intertwined each story, each character throughout the book inviting the reader to eagerly turn to the next page. Sibling love, sibling rivalry. Racism, jealousy. Acceptance, denial. Parental love and longing. The Vanishing Half has managed to encompass all of these relevant issues into one beautiful story. This book is a must read. But beware, you will want to spend every free moment in these pages!
