It's a solid FPS game. Story is kind of cliche' and generic and that's okay, just give me an excuse to shoot stuff and I'm happy usually. It holds up well for a shooter even in 2024, reminded me of FEAR1 at times which is a great game. These guys used to make the Medal of Honor games, so they aren't new to the genre. It just lacks a strong identity that's all, there's a great shooting game that lies underneath its generics.

Game suffers from huge amounts of looting. Everything else is pretty spot on but the constant searching of every item of every room got to be a chore for me. I prefer the original Prey game over this one. Sure, the original Prey was just a corridor shooter, but atleast it was fun. No idea why they did a reboot.
