A subureb account of a harrowing story and yet inspiring take of family who despite opposition from evil dictator took in and saved families who were helpless and due for gas chamber. They're faith, goodness, and selflessness are an example to still follow and show what it's like to live humble yet strong even against evil foes.

Personally I think this is an awesome movie despite all the naysayer over cynical often cellaring critics say…Is it a little predictable? Possibly. But is it funny, inspiring, good way to pass time? Definitely. Kevin James is as usual very likable, the side characters are also pretty good/relatable and the wrestling fighting actually is pretty good- helped by some real life fighters in there? So is it Oscar worthy? Probably not, but in my opinion that makes even better.

Horrible in just every way. Uninspiring dull characters with no reason to root for them and no redeeming values whatsoever. Just a bunch of agenda and over the top drama and shock value.

Personally don’t see why some people are bashing it. It was suspenseful, action packed, not bad acting, good cgi effects, and a good ending. Sure maybe some plot holes, but what movie doesn’t? Plus Stanley Tucson definitely steals the scenes...

Personally I thought the movie was charming, sweet, and not a horrible update to the original. It's hard to beat the classic, but thought aside from Cameron diaz they all did a good job and honestly thought Jamie fox was hilarious. Yes, Cameron diaz could have toned it down a bit and been more like carol Burnett and yes it's obviously auto tuned, but the songs are catchy and the dialogue is funny. The negative reviews are way too harsh and honestly think They missed the point of the movie...

Personally I think it’s a great movie and think that all the critics naysaying are being artsy farsty idiots who probably don’t like it because it dares to question some of the ethics of football- America’s most loved sport. People should put their personal opinions aside and actually watch it as a story about a doctor who found something important and didn’t back down even when criticized, threatened, and pushed away..

I think people should give it a chance and that is way better then overrated shows ("will and grace" come to mind). At least in this show the characters are likable and not just some psychopaths or messed up characters (like for instance "Killing Eve," "Riverdale" or "Fleabag.") You are actually rooting for them and their survival. I hope it does well...
