This game is impossible to play with a sony dualshock gamepad. I have also tried a generic gamepad to no avail. Many say that games such as this shouid be played with keyboard and mouse. That's fine for those who can easily use such things Some of us have disabilities that make using such things impossible for gaming. A gamepad is the only way for some disabled people to play games I am such a person. I realise that for some game developers and gamers that they have absolutely no regard for the needs and rights of the disabled. That's a disgrace. The inability to use a gamepad with this game on pc is also a disgrace.

On pc at 4k ultra the graphics are very dated and low quality. I also played on ps4. Sony have done a very poor job with the pc version. Gameplay is also dated. The cutscenes are interminable and boring and can't be skipped Even though the game looks awful on pc it's also great fun. And that's what matters. Too many new games look great and are such low quality to play. Hence the 4 stars But Sony could have easily done much better on pc I have to edit my review and lower the rating as the continual cut scenes totally break the flow. In the middle of a battle there's a rediculous cut scene. There are cut scenes every few minutes. Rescue a prisoner and you get a silly cut scene that shouldn't be in there. This could easily be a five star game. Unfortunately it's totally frustrating. As there's zero flow. Whilst I edit this review a cut scene is playing. Boring and needless

Let’s be clear. This is not a well made game. Graphics are dated. HDR quality(i get 4000 nits on my 8k panel) is poor. Gameplay is silly But the game is so bad that its great. I love it. I haven't a clue what is going on and i dont care. I love exploring and allowing the game to unfold as you go. I am playing with a trainer as I cant be bothered to fathom things out. The game runs fine for me and illustrates the benefits of having plenty of vram. The 3090 may be getting old now but its massive vram makes it only number 2 to the 4090. I am at 4k ultra with dlss 3.7 at quality and RT on. It runs fine. Gaming should be fun. Way too many take gaming too seriously. They are obsessed with framerates . If the game runs smoothly( i have VRR) thats fine for me. Those having performance issues just may want to look closer to home for the root of their problems. This game is recommended for those who like having fun. It’s only a game. And it’s a good one. Or it’s a bad good one. Either way it’s fun.

What is it with games companies. Why do they treat people with disabilities like they are second class citizens. I have a memory impairment and arthritis in my hands. here was have yet another game that is impossible for me to play because games companies cant be bothered with accessibility option for the disabled. In this game theres no map system that lets you track where you are going or have been. Consequently I haven't a clue how to navigate due to my disability. You need to use the gamepad in such a way to collect objects, gather fruits etc. There aren't any accessibility options that facilitate anyone with manual dexterity impairments. Consequently its impossible to gather required items for myself. Games like this make me feel second class and inferior. The game itself is potentially good. I have had to quit as i simply cant continue in the game because of my disabilities. I will rephrase that. I cant play this game because Ubisoft have no regard for the needs of the disabled. Imagine if they discriminated against people on the basis of skin colour or sexuality!! Shame on Ubisoft. Ubisoft + subscription cancelled!!
