Yeah, this could have been a great show. I would have liked to have seen the bad batch spend more time in the ranks of the empire, witnessing all of these imperial changes to the Galaxy from the opposite side of the yellow tape. Instead we got a slighty more tolerable version of star wars: rebels. Unless you are a die hard fan, I'd just skip this one.
