One word - 5-Star. I learned so much about the world of culinary art. Felt like I was watching art rather than a cooking show. The entire show represented an art that is daring and makes your soul smile. However, just like the judges I did think the final judgement was not well thought. It did not make sense for all the judges to express their opinion over one another. The final competitors took a daring approach, especially Shane and Mark (60 years of cooking!). I hope there was't any politics involved in the decision, but Mark and Shane deserved a seat in that table.
